Today is the Second Day of the #SPOOKYASANA Yoga Challenge! Today's pose is Crescent Lunge.

I love the long shadows late on an Autumn Day. The cold wind whistling through my bones. A few yoga poses to keep me occupied and limber. What more could my skeletal remains ask for? Brew ha ha ha ha !
